Man Wanted On Bomb-Making Charges Nabbed In Shelton: PD
The man was wanted in Pennsylvania on bomb-making charges.
SHELTON, CT — A man wanted in Pennsylvania for allegedly manufacturing bombs was arrested in Shelton on New Year's Eve.
Police in Franklin, PA seized two explosive devices while searching for drugs, according to the Connecticut Post. Carl Roberts, 26, was identified as the manufacturer of the bombs, police said.
Pennsylvania authorities obtained an arrest warrant for Roberts and he was wanted for a month. Roberts was found at a residence and was taken into custody without incident.

The warrant charges Roberts with creating weapons of mass destruction, risking catastrophe and reckless endangerment, according to News 12.
