Manufacturing Company Eyed For New Shelton Development: Report
Local developer Robert Scinto is planning a facility on the corner of Waterview Drive and Constitution Boulevard.
SHELTON, CT — A new manufacturing facility is planned for an 11.1-acre parcel in Shelton on the corner of Waterview Drive and Constitution Boulevard, reported the New Haven Register.
Local developer Robert Scinto is slated to build the project, which will be about 80,000 square feet with 236 parking spaces.
An unnamed New York-based firm is expected to move into the facility, which could take more than a year to build.
