Massage Therapist Sexually Assaulted 2 Clients: Shelton Police
The Fresh Meadows, NY, suspect was arrested early Tuesday.

Shelton, CT - A 53-year-old male massage therapist was arrested by Shelton police early Tuesday accused of sexually assaulting two female clients in May at the Coco Spa on Bridgeport Avenue in Shelton.
Arrested was Kim Hyung, of Fresh Meadows, NY, who was charged with two counts of fourth-degree Sexual Assault and two counts of Practicing Massage Therapy without a License.
According to Shelton Police Det. Richard Bango, the first complaint, reported on May 6, is from a 38-year-old woman "who stated that she was inappropriately touched and treated during a massage she received" at the spa.

On May 28, a 36-year-old woman made a similar complaint "regarding being inappropriately touched and spoken to during a massage" at the same spa.
"Neither woman knew each other," wrote Bango in a statement. "During the investigation it was discovered that Hyung did not have a license to practice massage therapy."

Hyung was held in lieu of a $15,000 bond and was scheduled to be arraigned at Derby Superior Court today, July 5.
Bango added that the charges are accusations at this point, but that the investigation is continuing. Anyone who may have "experienced similar incidents" is asked to contact the Shelton Police Department at 203-924-1544.
