New Commercial Development Proposed For Shelton
The building is proposed by developer Bob Scinto.

SHELTON, CT — A new commercial building is being proposed for Waterview Drive in Shelton, reports the Shelton Herald.
The building, which would hold three floors, is being proposed by area developer Bob Scinto, and could house research and development or light manufacturing, according to the publication.
Scinto made a presentation about the project to the Planning and Zoning Commission late last month. Measuring about 115,000 square feet, the building would rest on nearly eight acres next to Plaskon Drive, where residents raised concerns about the project's construction phase.
