New Shelton Restaurant Announces Ribbon Cutting
Bull & Barley is set to open this week in Shelton.

SHELTON, CT — Gastro pub Bull & Barley is set for its ribbon cutting ceremony on Sept. 7 from 4:30 to 6 p.m.
Refreshments and appetizers will be provided during the ceremony and the restaurant will run food and drink specials all night along with live entertainment.
The bar was opened by father and sons Donald, Daniel and Christopher Solustri. Daniel is a U.S. Army combat veteran and a Culinary Institute of America graduate. Doanld is a sales and business manager and Christopher has a background in accounting.

The restaurant's location is 350 Bridgeport Avenue in Shelton in the old Draft House location. The building underwent renovations to add a lounge area and an upgraded bar.

Most every dish at Bull & Barley features fresh, local ingredients and is proud to source as much of their meat and produce as possible from local, family operated, Stone Gardens Farm. The walls showcase the farm to table atmosphere with up close and personal photographs of animals and produce from Stone Gardens Farm. In addition to their menu, Bull & Barley features seasonal weekly specials. The core of the menu is reflective of traditional pub fare but features a fresh upscale perspective to this type of cuisine. Bull & Barley also offers twelve craft beers on tap, featuring many local breweries.
Open seven days a week, Monday through Thursday 11:00am-1:00am, Friday 11:00am-2:00am, Saturday 9:00am-2:00am, and Sundays 9:00am-12:00pm. On Saturday and Sunday mornings Bull & Barley will feature unique a unique brunch menu. Bull & Barley also hosts happy hour seven days a week 3:00 pm-6:00pm. The 140 seat farm to table styled gastropub showcases the area’s most inspiring assets, community and locality.
