Amanda Lee Martin, age 30, of Ansonia entered into rest on Monday, February 7, 2022 at Yale New Haven Hospital, St. Raphael Campus with her loving family by her side.
She was born in Derby on October 8, 1991, beloved daughter of Darrell and Mary Pauline (Basque) Martin and was a lifelong Ansonia resident. She was an animal lover and very generous and a loyal friend. Amanda had a heart of gold and loved to make people laugh and would greet everyone with a hug and kiss. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family and friends.
Amanda was the loving sister of Brandon Jacob Martin and aunt of Payton Dedam.

Friends may call on Friday from 5:00 - 6:30 PM at the Riverview Funeral Home, 390 River Rd., Shelton. Her funeral service will follow at 6:30 PM at the parlor. On Saturday, friends are invited to her committal prayers at Riverside Cemetery, 408 River Rd., Shelton at 10 AM.
