David W. Hazard, age 62, entered into rest on Friday, July 23, 2021 in Milford. He was the beloved husband of the late Eileen Edwina (Dunn) Hazard. David was born in New Haven on November 11, 1958, son of the late Christine Jean (Pellegrino) Hazard and Roy George Hazard.
David worked as a dealer sales representative for East Coast Tile Imports for the last 20 plus years.
Predeceased by parents Christine Pellegrino & Roy Hazard; sisters Gail Pantalena & Jan Kellerhouse, wife Eileen and mother-in-law Marge Dunne.

Surviving family members include brother and sister-in-law Ron & Rita Pantalena, sister Robin Covino, and many nieces and nephews. Also survived by many loving friends and co-workers.
Friends may greet the family at the Riverview Funeral Home, 390 River Road, Shelton, on Tuesday, August 3 from 5 to 7 PM. A funeral service will begin at 7 PM.
