Obituary: John S. Macey, Jr.

John S. Macey, Jr., age 54, of Derby, CT beloved father of Willow and Montana Macey passed away on the morning of May 10, 2022, after a 4 year battle with kidney disease.

He was born in Milford, CT on September 6, 1967 to John S. Macey, Sr. and the late Margo A. Macey. In addition to his daughters Willow and Montana, John is survived by his siblings and their spouses, JoAnn Swett, Joseph Terry, Jackie Macey, and Fred Macey. He is also survived by the mother of his girls Shelley Macaluso. Cheeks, as we all lovingly called him, will be missed by a host of family and friends too, numerous to list.

John was also predeceased, by his grandparents, Frederick and Marion Rouff and Margaret and John Macey.

Friends may call on Monday from 10:00 to 11:00 am at the Edward F. Adzima Funeral Home, 253 Elizabeth St., Derby. His funeral service will follow at the parlor.
