Obituary: Lisa A. Alberici, 59, Of Shelton

Lisa A. Alberici, age 59, beloved wife of Cheryl A. Byrne of Shelton, passed away on Saturday, July 1, 2023, at St. Vincent's Medical Center with her loving family by her side.

Born in Flushing, NY on November 1, 1963, she was the daughter of Dominick J. Alberici, Sr. and the late Lucille (Plunkett) Alberici.

Lisa will always be remembered for her compassionate nature, her cheerful and caring demeanor. She showed a genuine interest and concern for every person she encountered. Her love for her furry babies Emma, Gracie, Allie and Belle, and any dog she came upon she loved them all. A true dog whisperer. Lisa loved to cook, bake, take hikes, go to casinos, bingo, shopping, and road trips. Loved the beach and being in the sun. Lisa loved her family and close friends unconditionally.

She held an associate degree in science and marketing from Naugatuck Valley Community College. She was a member of the American Society of Anesthesia Technologists and Technicians and was a Certified Anesthesia Technician. Most recently was Manager of the Anesthesia Department at Nuvance Health – Norwalk Hospital employed for 36 ½ years.

In addition to her father Dominick and her longtime companion and wife of 25 years Cheryl, survivors include a brother, Dominick Alberici, Jr. and his wife Kathryn, a niece, Christina Alberici and a nephew, Michael Alberici.

Friends may greet the family on Friday, July 7, 2023, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull. A prayer service will take place at 6:30 p.m. in the funeral home. Interment will be held privately.
