Obituary: Peter John Kelleher

Peter John Kelleher, age 50, of Derby, entered into eternal rest on February 16, 2023 in his home.

He was born in Seoul, Korea on July 17, 1972, son of the late Denis Neil and Diane (Marchetti) Kelleher. Peter was a lifetime resident of the valley and worked for thirty years at Stop and Shop in Ansonia. He enjoyed collecting coins, going to family gatherings, and was an avid fan of the New York Yankees.

Peter is survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Friends may greet the family on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Edward F. Adzima Funeral Home, 253 Elizabeth Street, Derby. On Thursday, friends may go directly to St. Mary’s Church, 212 Elizabeth Street, Derby, for his Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Mt. St. Peter Cemetery in Derby.
