Obituary: Philomena Monaco Mallick, 99, Of Shelton
She was a phenomenal cook and was especially known for her homemade pasta and sauce.

Philomena (Monaco) Mallick, age 99, of Shelton, CT, passed away May 3, 2022. She was born November 25, 1922 in Bridgeport, CT, daughter of the late Christopher and Anna Monaco.
She graduated from Central High School and then became the bookkeeper for the family business City Cement Block Company in Bridgeport, CT. She was a phenomenal cook and was especially known for her homemade pasta and sauce. Philomena was also the ultimate animal lover.

She was extremely artistic and enjoyed restoring antiques, decorating and was a generous, kind soul.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband Albert Mallick and her sister Cevita Domizio.

She is survived by her two devoted daughters, Gail Andreyka and her husband James and Linda Roberts and her husband Karl Schwartz., two loving grandchildren Kyle Roberts (Lauren Trujillo) and Ryan Roberts, three cherished great grandchildren Georgeanna, Marin and Archer and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may pay their respects on Friday morning from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Cyril F. Mullins Funeral Home, 399 White Plains Rd. Trumbull at 11 a.m. at St. Theresa Church, 5301 Main St. Trumbull, CT. Burial will be private.
