Obituary: Sung Woo Lee, 74, Of Shelton

Sung Woo Lee of Shelton, CT passed away peacefully on December 26, 2023, at the age of 74. Mr. Lee was born to the late Yongu Lee and Yunseng Suh in Daegu, South Korea, where he lived prior to naturalizing in the United States.

Mr. Lee attended the University of Bridgeport and the Bullard Haven Technical School. He achieved a long career as a tool maker at Hubbell Incorporated and Blase Manufacturing Company. Mr. Lee was a proud patriarch, a true outdoorsman and a skilled marksman.

Mr. Lee is survived by his beloved wife Mihee, his devoted children Charles and Michael, their wives, his cherished grandchildren Victoria, Elizabeth, Charlie, Parker, Maxwell and Aris, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his son Steven and his brother and sister-in-law Charlie Sung Chuel Lee and Ursula.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 29, 2023 at 12 p.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull. Friends may greet the family in the funeral home on Thursday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
