A number of new businesses registered in Shelton and Derby in August, including a pet care business and a liquor store.
SHELTON-DERBY, CT — Shelton and Derby together logged 64 new business registrations in August, according to the Connecticut Business Registry — 51 in Shelton and 13 in Derby.
Real estate and holding companies led the way, followed by residential landlords and software publishers.
Among the new arrivals were a pet care business, a limited-service restaurant and a liquor store.
