SHELTON, CT — An application before the Shelton Planning and Zoning Commission for a proposed three-building commercial development on Bridgeport Avenue has been withdrawn by the developer, reported the Connecticut Post.

AA Shelton LLC was planning to build the complex on property in the 700 block, which currently has a building that is leased by PerkinElmer.

During a recent public hearing on the plan, representatives from PerkinElmer reportedly had some concerns over the addition of new buildings on the property.
