DERBY, CT — A recently opened Polish restaurant in Derby is gaining popularity because of its home-cooking styled cuisine, reports the Connecticut Post.
Kasia Eatery and Catering LLC, located at 143 Main St., was established by local resident Kasia Konefal. It is a cozy, cafeteria-style restaurant that also features some Italian dishes and other offerings.
With a healthy number of area residents who identify as Polish, Konefal hopes the restaurant continues to grow.
