Fitness &amp; Pilates in Shelton offers a different approach to getting stronger, moving better, and feeling more confident in your workouts.
We are a locally owned, independent studio offering small-group Pilates Reformer classes, private Pilates instruction, personal training, strength training, massage therapy, sauna, red light therapy, and specialty fitness programs in our 5,500-square-foot facility.
Our focus is simple: real instruction and individual attention.
New to Pilates? Our $150 Intro to Pilates Package includes two 45-minute private sessions plus two group classes, giving you the opportunity to learn the equipment and fundamentals before being expected to keep up in a class.
Interested in personal training? Our $99 Personal Training Intro includes a 45-minute assessment plus three 30-minute personal training sessions.
We work with beginners, experienced exercisers, adults returning to fitness, and people who simply want more guidance than they receive in a large gym or crowded class.
Our Reformer classes are kept intentionally small so our instructors can teach, correct, modify, and progress each client appropriately.
