If you exercise regularly, incorporating yoga can help your muscles heal faster, improve your flexibility, balance, and core strength (which aids in injury prevention). Yoga also assists in stress relief which can reek havoc on your body.
Take time this holiday season for you and give thanks to your body for all it does for you. Find a yoga class near you and remember...it's not about how flexible you are or how you look in class, it's about what your body gets from doing yoga, the relaxation, the muscle recovery.
