Retail Center Planned For Shelton
Paperwork has been filed for a new 10,170 square foot commercial development.
SHELTON, CT — A developer is seeking to build a new shopping center on 1.22 acres of land at Todd Road.
Manual Moutinho plans to build a single-story 10,170 square foot building for between four and six commercial tenants, according to the Connecticut Post. The area would need to be rezoned for a development district.
The surrounding area is mostly commercial.
