The city is refusing to pay Durham School Services over discrepancies regarding bus conditions.

SHELTON, CT — It looks like another Shelton school bus matter could end up in court after a feud between the city and Durham School Services.

The city is refusing to pay Durham more than $200,000, citing the condition of the buses that were returned, according to the Shelton Herald. Mayor Mark Lauretti said there is a discrepancy over the maintenance of the buses.
