Shelton Cafeteria Workers Still Pushing For Paid Time Off
The cafeteria workers want paid time off as part of their contracts.

SHELTON, CT — About 40 Shelton cafeteria workers are still urging the Board of Education to get paid time off as part of their contract.
The Board of Education switched food service providers and is now with Whitson's, who hired back the workers, according to the Shelton Herald.
BOE Chairman Mark Holden said that they would end up having lay off a teacher or two to re-enter contract negotiations and get the paid time off.
