Shelton Car Wash Vacuums Possibly Non-Compliant
The vacuums aren't being used in the way they were originally advertised to Planning and Zoning, according to a complaint.

SHELTON, CT — The vacuums at Russell Speeder's Car Wash on River Road may be out of compliance with how they were originally presented to the Planning and Zoning Commission.
A manager of the car wash said that the vacuums would be a free service for anyone to use and that scrubs would be planted near them to block their view from the road, according to the Shelton Herald.
Scrubs weren't put in and now the vacuums are advertised as being for unlimited customers only who sign up for unlimited washes.
