Shelton Grand List Grows Again
Once again Shelton grew its amount of taxable property.
SHELTON, CT — Shelton's grand list grew more than $63 million or 1.36 percent this past year.
Once again developer Robert Scinto led the grand list with more than $212 million in property value, according to the Shelton Herald. In distant second was United Illuminating with $71 million.
