Shelton To Host New Year's Eve Fireworks Event
Ring in 2023 in downtown Shelton during the city's New Year's Eve celebration featuring music, fireworks and more.
SHELTON, CT — Shelton will host a New Year's Eve fireworks celebration Dec. 31 in the city's downtown area.
According to the city's website, the event will be held at the Riverwalk - Veterans Park on Canal Street.
The celebration will kick off at 6:30 p.m. with entertainment by DJ Travis Teta, followed by fireworks at 8 p.m.

Anyone attending the event is encouraged to bring a chair and pick their spot at the park for the event.
In the event of snow, the celebration will be postponed to New Year's Day, Jan. 1, with entertainment beginning at 6:30 and fireworks taking place at 8 p.m.
