Shelton Man Facing Voyeurism Charge in Milford
A 71-year-old man is accused of videotaping a student inside a locker room.
A Shelton man was arrested on an active arrest warrant in Milford on Wednesday.
Police say Joseph Marino, 71 videotaped a student on his cellphone inside a locker room at the YMCA in May 2014. Marino was charged with voyeurism and rick of injury.
He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 15.
