Shelton police said the massage therapist is also accused of not having a license to practice massage therapy.

SHELTON, CT — A Shelton massage therapist accused of practicing massage therapy without a license has been charged with sexual assault, according to police.
In a news release, Police Det. Richard Bango said the department received a complaint from a woman who told officers she received a massage at M Spa and Skin Care, located on Bridgeport Avenue, during which Lisa Daubenhauser, 46, of Seymour, "touched [the woman] inappropriately and made lewd comments to her."
During their investigation, police discovered that Daubenhauser did not have a license to practice massage therapy, Bango said.
