Shelton Names New School Superintendent
The Shelton Board of Education named a new superintendent effective Jan. 1.
SHELTON, CT — The Board of Education promoted Assistant Superintendent Ken Saranich to superintendent effective Jan. 1.
His contract will run for two years, according to the Shelton Herald.
Acting Superintendent Beth Smith applied as well, but withdrew her application after she decided she will retire at the end of the school year.
