Shelton P&Z Asks Chick-fil-A For More Appealing Design
One member said the restaurant's design looked like it was from the 1970's.

SHELTON, CT — The Planning and Zoning Commission is asking Chick-fil-A to reconsider a restaurant design for the Fountain Square development project.
Board members said the building's design was outdated and likely wouldn't jive with other proposed buildings in the project which have more modern architectural features, according to the Shelton Herald.
Fountain Square developer attorney Dominick Thomas told board members that the developers would have a discussion with Chick-fil-A, but it could be difficult to convince a national brand to change a building design.
