Shelton Police Arrest Log Aug. 24-30

All the information is provided by the Shelton Police Department and all the charges are accusations at this point.

The latest Shelton arrests:

  • Kevin W Smith, 54, of Riverview Avenue was charged with second-degree threatening, improper passing on a bicycle and second-degree breach of peace on Aug. 29. Smith was given a $1,500 bond and a court date of Aug. 31.
  • Charlotte D’Amico, 31, of Ansonia was charged with five counts of animal cruelty on Aug. 28. D’Amico was given a $2,500 bond and a court date of Sept. 11.
  • Bernard A Harris, 31, of Bridgeport was charged with third-degree larceny and second-degree forgery on Aug. 27. He was given a $2,300 bond and a court date of Sept. 10.
  • Jason Tyler Hoffman, 29, of Center Street was charged with failure to respond to an infraction on Aug. 27. He was given a $150 bond and a court date of Sept. 10.
  • Alexia Negron, 26, of Hemlock Drive was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace on Aug. 26. She was given a $500 bond and a court date of Sept. 9.
  • Donald J. Longyear, 44, of Long Hill Avenue was charged with criminal violation of a protective order, interfering with an officer, disorderly conduct, first-degree failure to appear,second-degree failure to appear and first-degree criminal trespassing on Aug. 26. He was given a combined $200,000 bond and a court date of Aug. 27.
  • Andrew Henry Gonzalez, 44, of Howe Avenue was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening on Aug. 25. He was given a $1,000 bond and a court date of Sept. 8.
  • Crystal Rose Andrews, 50, of Howe Avenue was charged with second-degree breach of peace on Aug. 25. She was given a $500 bond and a court date of Sept. 8.
  • Ricardo Angel Luna, 20, was charged with violation of probation on Aug. 25. He was given a $15,000 bond and a court date of Sept. 8.
  • Deborah A Giaquinto, 42, of New Haven was charged with illegal obtaining/supplying of prescription drug and second-degree forgery on Aug. 25. She was given a $500 bond and a court date of Sept. 8.
  • Jonathan Rodriguez, 22, of Derby was charged with theft of firearm on Aug. 24. He was given a $25,000 bond and a court date of Sept. 3.
