Shelton Police Arrest Log June 29-July 5

All the information is provided by the Shelton Police Department and all of the charges are allegations at this time.

The latest Shelton arrests:

  • Hugo Gonzalez, 31, of Stratford was charged with disorderly conduct on July 5. He was given a court date of July 6.
  • Joseph Ripke, 40, of Dickinson Road was charged with second-degree failure to appear on July 4. He was given a $1,000 bond and a court date of July 6.
  • Judith Madeline Howard, 55, of Seymour was charged with six counts of conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and five counts of sixth-degree larceny on July 3. She was given a $20,000 bond and a court date of July 17.
  • Nina Yvonne Denby, 35, of New Haven was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny on July 2. She was given a $500 bond and a court date of July 17.
  • Timothy Job Driscoll, 36, of Seymour was charged with 12 counts of conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and 12 counts of sixth-degree larceny on July 2. He was given a $20,000 bond and a court date of July 17.
  • Kevin J. Graham, 27, of Derby was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny on July 2. He was given a court date of July 16.
  • Joseph Thomas Guardiano, 31, of Ansonia was charged with 11 counts of conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and 11 counts of sixth-degree larceny on July 2. He was given a $20,000 bond and a court date of July 6.
  • William Thomas Lee, 43, of Monroe was charged with illegal possession, use of drug paraphernalia, failure to keep drug in original container and interfering with an officer on July 1. He was given a $500 bond and a court date of July 15.
  • Tsen Bin Si, 38, of Queens, NY was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, third-degree criminal damage of a landlord’s property, injury and risk of injury to a minor, impairing the morals of a minor and 10 violations of state fire prevention codes on June 30. He was given a $10,000 bond and a court date of July 14.
  • Jimmie Bay Bennett, 48, of Bridgeport was charged with third-degree burglary, fourth-degree larceny and third-degree criminal mischief on June 30. He was given a $25,000 bond and a court date of July 13.
