Shelton Police Arrest Log Nov. 23-29

The latest Shelton arrests:

• Albert James King, 52, of Shelton was charged with criminal violation of a protective order Nov. 28. He was given a $10,000 bond and a court date of Nov. 30.
• Aaron Michael Hernandez, 23, of Waterbury was charged with second-degree assault, third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace Nov. 28. He was given a $5,000 bond and a court date of Dec. 11.
• Cecelia Maria Price, 48, of Stratford was charged with evading responsibility on Nov. 27. She was given a $500 bond and a court date of Dec. 11.
• Scott Peter Pivovar, 38, of Shelton was charged with failure to drive right, driving under the influence, no insurance, interfering with an officer, third-degree criminal attempt/ criminal mischief and interfering with an officer Nov. 26. He was given a $5,000 bond and a court date of Dec. 11.
• Vincent James Scinto, 53, of Shelton was charged with disorderly conduct and risk of injury to a minor on Nov. 23. He was given a $1,000 bond and a court date of Nov. 24.
• Timothy Michael Bagley, 50, of New Haven was charged with criminal violation of a restraining order on Nov. 23. He was given a $10,000 bond and a court date of Nov. 24. He was additionally charged with violation of probation.
