Shelton Police Arrest Man Suspected in Home Invasion Case: Report

SHELTON, CT – Police arrested a Bridegeport man suspected of armed robbery Wednesday at approximately 11 p.m.
Oscar Rosado, 32, was arrested on a warrant in connection to a home invasion. He was taken into custody by Bridgeport Police and turned over to the Shelton Police Department where he was processed.
He has been charged with home invasion, conspiracy to commit home invasion, robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, and unlawful restraint. Rosado was placed on a $250,000 bond and transported to Derby Superior Court on Thursday.

He was also processed on outstanding failure to appear in court warrants for unrelated charges.
Rosado's arrest comes on the heels of Francisco Colon-Cotto's, 23, arrest on Aug. 3 who was suspected to be connected to the invasion, according to a release. The investigation is still ongoing with additional arrests expected.
