Shelton Property Sells For $4M, New Development Planned: Report
The deal was recently finalized, according to a report.
SHELTON, CT — A New York Company has paid $4 million to purchase 915-917 Bridgeport Ave. and plans to expand an existing building on site and create a self-storage facility that will measure 115,000-square-feet, Hearst CT reported.
Kirchhoff Acquisitions are the new owners and the facility will be managed by Extra Space Storage, Hearst CT reported.
