SHELTON, CT — A Shelton resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On Monday, a Shelton resident won $30,000 playing a "30X Cash 9th Edition" game. The winning ticket was purchased from Munim Enterprises LLC in Orange.
