Shelton Residents Sell Land in Milford

The Milford location will serve as a new headquarters for a Monroe company.

Barbara L. Pearce, CEO and President of Pearce Real Estate, said Tuesday that John Bergin successfully sold two properties in Milford as a single transaction for $680,000.

Bergin represented both the seller at 81 Munson Street and 90-92 Opal Street and the buyer.

The seller of the properties is Shelton Attorney Matthew C Reale , Successor Trustee of the William MacFarland Testamentary Trust, along with Attorney Thomas Welch of Welch, Teodosio, Stanek and Blake of Shelton.

The buyer is Summit Trucking, Tree and Lawn Service of Monroe, a company which offers construction services, dumpster rentals, trucking services, lawn installation, landscape design and tree removal in New Haven and Fairfield counties.

The 5,700 square-foot industrial building at 81 Munson Street in Milford will be used as new headquarters for Summit, and is immediately in front of the two family house at 90-92 Opal Street.
