Shelton Restaurant Owner Opens New Venture on Trumbull's Broadway Road

TRUMBULL, CT — Trumbull has a new restaurant with a Shelton connection — Mici Asian Bistro at 10 Broadway Road.

Longtime restaurant owner Joe Chen made the decision to open a second business, the Connecticut Post reported.

Chen has operated the Hunan Pan in Shelton for 18 years.

Mici opened last week and an official grand opening is scheduled for some time in the coming weeks, according to the Post story.
