Shelton School Bus Union, Company Reach Deal
The union had authorized a strike if a deal wasn't met.
SHELTON, CT — The Shelton bus driver and monitor union and Durham School Services reached a tentative agreement on the driver contract.
The deal calls for bus drivers getting the same wage and benefits that were negotiated previously under Landmark Transportation, according to the Shelton Herald. It includes back pay raises dating back to September 2018.
Union members voted to authorize a strike if they didn't reach a deal.
