Shelton Schools Announce Changes To Operations
There will be changes for Perry Hill Elementary, high-needs students in grades 7-12 and lunches.

SHELTON, CT — The Shelton Board of Education approved a school plan effective Nov. 9 that will bring back Perry Hill Elementary to a Tuesday-Thursday in-person schedule.
Perry Hill Elementary School students will be on the regular elementary school schedule of Tuesday through Friday in school and Mondays distance learning.
Principals will be able to use larger areas like cafeterias and auditoriums for lunch with at least six feet of social distancing between students and more than six feet between cohorts of students with all students facing in the same direction.

Additionally, students in grades 7 through 12 who meet the state's definition of high-needs (students with disabilities, eligible for free or reduced price lunch, and English learners) be back in school Monday through Friday.
