Shelton Strip Mall Reacquired By Original Owner For $9.5M: Report
A multi-building, multi-tenant development in Shelton was recently reacquired by its original owner and builder.
SHELTON, CT — Crown Point Center, a multi-building, multi-tenant development on Bridgeport Avenue, has been reacquired by its original owner and builder, Crown Point Associates of Shelton LLC, an affiliate of Capital Investments of Shelton, for $9.5 million, the Connecticut Post reports.
According to the Connecticut Post, the property at 484, 494, 504 and 514 Bridgeport Avenue was previously sold for about $18 million in May 2007 by James Botti Jr., who built the site in 2003. The seller was Crown Point Center LLC, Joseph Rocco and Rocco Property Management of Bronx, N.Y.
