Shelton Superintendent Gets Contract Extension

He is due to get a raise in the last year of his contract.

SHELTON, CT — Shelton Public Schools Superintendent Chris Clouet got another year on his contract that will keep him in the district through the 2020-2021 school year.

In the last year of his contract he is due to get a 3.45 percent raise that will put his salary at $216,250, according to the Connecticut Post.

Next year Clouet will get a $2,000 stipend for holding a doctorate in education.
