The number of buildings allowed has been reduced by the city's Planning and Zoning Commission.

Also at Planning and Zoning developer Robert Scinto made his pitch for a 26,200 square foot shopping center on Bridgeport Avenue, according to the Connecticut Post. He appeared willing to work in several suggestions from grassroots group Save Our Shelton, such as more green space.
