Shelton Uncle Strangled Children: PD

The man was arrested and bond was set at $100,000.

SHELTON, CT — A Shelton man was arrested after he allegedly grabbed two of his brother's children by the neck, according to police.

Police took the complaint on July 19 and learned that the children spent the weekend at their father's house in Shelton. Both children told their mother that their uncle Robert Hoha Jr., 39, grabbed them by the neck during the weekend, police said.

Hoha was arrested July 21 and charged with two counts of risk of injury to a minor, two counts of strangulation, two counts of disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.
