Shelton Walk-a-Thon to Benefit CT Children's Medical Center
The walk-a-thon is planned for next month and at will be held at Veterans Memorial Park on the River Walk, 38 Canal Street East, Shelton.
SHELTON, CT-- American Legion Department of Connecticut’s Third District is planning a walk-a-thon to benefit the Connecticut Children’s Medical Center, according to The Fairfield Sun.
The event will be held on Saturday, April 9, at 10 a.m., at Veterans Memorial Park on the River Walk, 38 Canal Street East, Shelton. Bottled water and snacks will be given to participants and walkers who raise at least $25 in donations will receive a free T-shirt.
