Trio of Mixed-Use Properties Sold in Ansonia
The three adjacent parcels are on Beaver Street.

ANSONIA, CT — Three mixed-use properties in Ansonia - located at 21, 25 and 27 Beaver St. - were recently sold for $190,000, according to the company Levey Miller Maretz, which brokered the deal.
The properties, which are adjacent to one another, include a retail storefront, a garage and two two-family houses.
Mr. Flipper Home Improvement LLC bought the properties, and Jack Gregory and Mike Boyarski, both of Levey Miller Maretz, brokered the transaction.
