SHELTON, CT — This weekend's open houses in Shelton and Derby include a custom Colonial with water views of Gilowat Pond in Huntington, a 2001 house with views of the Housatonic River and a remodeled townhouse at the end of a wooded cul-de-sac. In Derby, a two-family on Eleventh Street is coming to market and is open both days.

Seventeen Shelton and Derby homes are holding open houses Saturday, Oct. 24, and Sunday, Oct. 25, with prices from $275,000 to $1,179,000, according to Zillow.com.

Saturday, Oct. 24

41 Greystone #41, Shelton, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., $535,000. This end-unit townhouse in the Greystone community has a renovated kitchen with quartz and a new gas range, a living room with a gas fireplace that opens to a new deck, a renovated primary bath with double sinks and a two-car garage, according to the listing, which also offers a $10,000 buyer credit toward a rate buydown or closing costs. The community has a clubhouse, a pool and a gym. It's a two-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo with 1,775 square feet; the HOA fee is $457 a month.
