Updated Hours Announced For Derby City Hall, Senior Center Due To Weather
The city has announced updated hours for Derby City Hall and other facilities for March 3, 2026, "due to the expected weather."
DERBY, CT — The city has announced updated hours for City Hall and other facilities in Derby for Tuesday "due to the expected weather."
According to a winter weather update provided by the city, Derby City Hall, the Derby Public Library and the Derby Senior Center will all close at noon on Tuesday.
A Board of Apportionment and Taxation meeting scheduled for March 3 at 6 p.m. is also canceled due to the weather.

The next meeting is currently scheduled for March 10 at 6 p.m., according to the city.

A winter weather advisory has been extended to the entire state except for the immediate coast, as snow and sleet are forecast for Tuesday.
Derby Public Schools are closed Tuesday "due to the prediction for snow and ice," according to the district's website.
