Former owner Tony Mavuli launched an essay contest to give away the popular wedding spot, but cancelled it due to lack of entries. He sold the business years later.

Villa Bianca can accommodate parties from 50 to 450 people and is a popular spot for weddings, banquets, baby showers and wedding showers. It first opened in 1982 and has both indoor and outdoor settings for events. There is an on-site wedding chapel and hotel rooms.
