Winning CT Scratch-Off Lottery Ticket Sold In Derby
An unnamed person is the lucky winner, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
DERBY, CT — An unknown person is $10,000 richer this week after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Derby, the Connecticut Lottery announced.
The winning "PLAY4 NIGHT" ticket was purchased at BJ's Wholesale Club on Division Street.
"Until the individual or group presents their winning ticket for claim at CT Lottery Headquarters, the identity of a winner is unknown," officials said in a statement.

In the PLAY4NIGHT game, the lottery randomly picks four numbers, which players try to match. The game costs $0.50 per wager, and players can bet up to $5. Prizes begin at $25 and can reach $25,000.
The overall odds of winning vary, depending on the amount wagered and how many numbers are matched.
