A Tuesday evening accident sent a 46-year-old Shelton woman and 10-year-old girl to the hospital.
Police said the two were struck by a car while they were crossing Coram Avenue in Shelton.
The driver, a 66-year-old Seymour woman, was interviewed by the police.
