SIMSBURY, CT — Thirteen new businesses registered with the state in Simsbury in July, according to the Connecticut Business Registry. The most unusual entry was AL Dewan Royal Holding Group Ltd, which registered under the open-end investment funds category at 542 Hopmeadow Street on July 1.

The rest of the month's filings leaned toward services and hospitality, including a full-service restaurant, Blossom860 LLC, and a bar, Redstone Pub, LLC, registered under drinking places for alcoholic beverages. Mental health, consulting and media rounded out the list, with Your Wise Mind Counseling Services LLC, Martucci Consulting, LLC and ScoRob Media Group LLC among the filings.

State registration marks when a business files paperwork with the Secretary of the State, not necessarily when it opens to customers, so some of these ventures may not yet be operating at the addresses listed.
