Alec M. Lepage, 34, of Butternut Street, Middletown, was charged with third-degree assault at 6:17 a.m. He will appear in court Nov. 5.

Oct. 18

Gianna Nigro, 19, of Old Mill Court, Simsbury, was charged with disorderly conduct (two counts), risk of injury to a child, and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 9:30 p.m. She will appear in court Dec. 3.

Oct. 20

Molly Kate Gallagher, 25, of Sunny Lane, Torrington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 9:44 p.m. No court date was available.
